Homemade White Bean Hummus

So good you'll never rely on store-bought again!

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor small is fine
  • 1 Juicer
  • 1 A bowl for serving or an air-tight container
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can White Beans (any bean'll do!)
  • 1/2 lemon Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic
  • Onion Powder (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to food processor
  • Blend until creamy
  • Taste and build flavor profile
  • Drizzle with Olive oil
  • Serve with crudité, crackers or pita bread
