Roasted Pepitas (Hulled Pumpkin Seeds)

Roasted pepitas are a simple, versatile, and healthy snack made from shelled pumpkin seeds. They are incredibly easy to prepare and can be flavored with a wide variety of seasonings, from sweet to savory. The key is to toast them in a hot oven until they become golden brown and fragrant, which brings out their nutty flavor and gives them a satisfying crunch. They can be enjoyed on their own as a snack, sprinkled over salads, or used as a crunchy topping for soups and stews.
